摘要: 积雪是新疆水资源的重要组成部分,是环境变化的重要因子,其动态变化监测意义重大.利用EOS-MODIS地球观测卫星接收数据,选择新疆13个地州(区、市)为监测对象,对2002年1月至2003年11月EOS/MODIS卫星近2500条轨道资料的处理分析,提取监测区晴空影像图163张,并对对应地区的积雪面积及深度用归一化差分积雪指数NDSI分层阈值法进行监测方法的初步探讨.结果表明,该监测方法对于提取积雪的空间分布信息是可行的.

Abstract: Snow is an important component of water resources in Xinjiang,where is arid and semi-arid area,and it is also plays a crucial role in environmental change.It is necessary to monitor the dynamic variety of snow coverage.In this paper the authors chose 13 prefectures regions in Xinjiang as monitoring objects,through processing and analyzing of nearly 2500 MODIS orbit data from Jan.2002 to Dec.2003,extracted 163 swathes which were cloud free,then calculated NDSI (Normalizing Deference Snow Index) to show the snow coverage and depth.Comparing with field work observations,the results are credible.
