摘要: 冻胀基土以怎样的方式作用于基础底面,亦即法向冻胀力的作用机制问题,是多年来许多冻土学者一直在努力研究的问题,它不仅关系到能否给出正确的法向冻胀力计算图形,从而较准确地计算法向冻胀力,而且还关系到能否正确地制定防治措施的问题。

Abstract: The observation results in situ of frost-heaving deformation show that during freezing the shear plane is formed downwards vertically along the fringe of foundation. The tangential frost heaving force acts on the shear plane through which forming normal frost heaving force P= τ. S, here τ、S is the tangential frost heaving stress along the shear plane and the surface area of the plane respectively.The relation between normal frost. heaving force and area of foundation can be expressed as follows:

where F is the area of foundation.
